We are currently caring for patients at our new location at the Edgewood Shopping Center, above and to the left of Safeway at 40th & Donald in South Eugene. The new address is 366 East 40th Avenue, Suite 260, Eugene, Oregon 97405. Our office telephone number will remain the same 541–343-1011. We realize that this will take some getting used to, so please be patient with us during this transition. The stairs and elevator are located centrally in the building adjacent to Safeway, next to Lox, Stocks, and Bagels. Just go up the stairs or take the elevator and walk down the breezeway toward Safeway. We are in Suite 260 through the glass door on the West end.
